i did not end up renting with patrick (decided to stay in our current place) but found him to be very helpful. i'd definitely work with him again in the future if i needed a broker. recommended.

Patrick was the best broker I've ever worked with. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. He got an idea of what we were looking for and within an hour had multiple, quality listings to show that matched our requirements. We found him to be very knowledgable, honest and most of all not at all pushy, which we appreciated as most brokers can be so overbearing. Thank you Patrick for helping us find our new place! Highly recommended.
