Very helpful and super nice! I didn't end up renting an apartment with Parish, but wish I had. He was always quick to respond and his follow-up was extraordinary.

About a week before my girlfriend and I planned to go apartment hunting in NYC we contacted a number of brokers who had 5 star reviews on Naked Apartments. We only had a few days to look for apartments and we knew that finding the right broker was critical. It became clear quickly that Parish was not only knowledgeable about the process but also genuine in his willingness to help us. In the week leading up to our arrival we exchanged daily e-mails with Parish and he always answered our questions fully and promptly (usually within a few hours, even late in the evening). He also made sure we came prepared with the correct financial documents to ensure that the application process would go smoothly. As we are not from the area, the first afternoon we met with Parish he showed us different types of apartments that we could get within our price range, and in the neighborhoods that we requested. Because we didn't find anything to our liking, Parish invited us back to his office to look at listings with him so that we could see what else was out there. The second day, Parish used the knowledge he gathered from our first day of searching to select apartments he felt we would like, and the results were great! Parish was always patient in answering our questions and never pressured us. He was objective in all of his guidance so that we could make whichever decision was best for us, not him. We ended up finding the perfect apartment for us in the Upper West Side after only looking for a day and a half. We were lucky to end up with this apartment because Parish got us the first appointment to see it, and we were able to apply before the next viewing. We had been extremely worried about being able to find an apartment in such a short time but Parish made us feel at ease and he worked extremely hard to make it happen for us. We would recommend Parish to anyone out there who needs a great broker!

We sincerely regretted not being able to go through Parish for our rental. His preparation level was absolutely unmatched among the various brokers we worked with. He was exremely attentive to our needs and preferences, and showed us places that suited us very well. If we had rented in Manhattan, we absolutely would have rented through Parish. However, we were able to find a place in Brooklyn, where we wanted to be, instead. I will simply say this: our wish to reward Parish for his hard work and dedication was a part of why the decision was so difficult. I would heartily and without reservation recommend him to anyone looking for a place on the Upper West or Upper East Side.

Searching for an apartment in NYC can be challenging and exhausting, but Parish made this an easy and enjoyable process. He was patient, positive and upbeat throughout the search. He contacted me immediately and had 8 apartments lined up for viewing a day later. With his help I found an amazing one bedroom apartment on the UWS in a great building within ONE day and under budget!!! Look no further for a broker, 5 stars are not enough!!! Thanks Parish!!!

Parish is an amazing broker. I will recommend him without any hesitation. He was extremely helpful during my apartment search which was not an easy one. My criteria were quite strict, I was looking for a newly renovated studio with a separate kitchen, dishwasher, laundry in the building in West Village and within a reasonable budget! He made this almost unrealistic expectations came true. He showed me more than 25 apartments without being impatient or trying to trick me with the stereotypical broker attitude.
