This broker never showed up to the Starbucks he asked me to go to and then after I called him he sent me to the apartments leasing office. After talking to the leasing office I found that the apartment was not really a 2,800 true 3 br it was in actuality a 2 bedroom that could be converted for 3,600. It was truly a waste of my time.
