“It was great working with you. You found me exactly what I was looking for.”
For Nora, such praise is music to the ears, whether she’s finding clients the perfect rental apartment on the West Side or steering a coop purchase through board approval and closing in Gramercy.
“Probably the most important thing you can do in this business is listen,” says Nora. “You serve clients best when you listen to them, and you serve yourself best when you listen to top real estate experts. You’ve always got to be educating yourself to stay ahead of the market and earn clients’ trust in your knowledge and ability.”
As a New York transplant herself, Nora Brossard knows how unpredictable yet exciting moving to New York can be. She grew up in Michigan and moved to New York after college, expecting to go into publishing, but soon found that New York had other plans for her. Yet, after living in this great city for over 20 + years, Nora is still awed by its glamour and excitement.
Nora brings many years of public relations and customer service experience to the table. A specialist in travel and tourism before moving into real estate, she has traveled the world promoting many different international and domestic destinations. A kind of one-woman United Nations, she is accustomed to dealing with different cultural customs and expectations. She speaks French fluently, having studied it in college and subsequently spending three years studying and working in Paris, which led to her first public relations position, in France’s tourism industry.
Living on the Upper West Side since first coming to New York, Nora is also well versed in most Manhattan neighborhoods, and will always go the extra mile to guide clients to their dream home in Manhattan.
