Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Neil is adept at relating to people of all cultural backgrounds, income levels and professions, and at fulfilling their real estate needs whether they seek individual or large blocks of units.
Originally from Taiwan, Neil attended the prestigious National Taiwan University with a BS degree in Engineering Science, and then joined the Navy of Taiwan to serve his country. Not just being a great sailor, he also supported his local fire department in the case of natural disasters such as hurricane and earthquake. Later, Neil finished his duty with a rank of Ensign and immigrated to US. He first lived in Southern California for four years, and then was attracted to New York City by its cultural vibe, its colorful life style,
and a job in Wall Street. Before joining Bond to start his career in real estate, Neil had professional experience in finance. He graduated from Columbia University with a major in quantitative finance. Also, he is a CFA level one candidate.
Neil enjoys in jogging, surfing, basketball, and cooking. He also holds a black belt in Karate. His family still lives in LA and Taiwan.
