It was late August when I got a frantic call from two students trying to find an apartment over the Labor Day holiday weekend. They had been beat by another application on a previous apartment through another broker and were desperate to find a place quickly because school was starting. After about 20 phone calls, I was able to gain access to 3 apartments that fit their preferences and needs. They chose one, applied, signed leases, and moved all within the span of 24 hours. I was on it from start to finish, and the girls were extremely happy with their new apartment. They even referred me to a friend, who later rented an apartment through me in Brooklyn!"
