I was in a time crunch when another apartment (with another broker) fell through. It was literally 2 days before I had to move and I was frantic to find a place for myself and my 7 year old to live. I emailed Nicole at 1AM and told her I neeeeeded to see a particular apartment in TriBeCa. When I woke up in the morning there was a message from her with an appointment scheduled to see the place. When we arrived we learned that it had JUST rented and the only other places in the building were too expensive for me. Nicole worked her magic with the leasing office and got them to show us a newly vacated apartment that hadn't even come on the market yet. She negotiated a tempting 2 months free for me and helped me finesse my unusual financial situation with the leasing office til we had a plan we all felt comfortable with. The very next day I was approved and signing a lease. All this amazing service and NO FEE? Nicole is my hero agent extraordinaire. Above and beyond the call of duty.

We're still looking at places, that's why I haven't rented yet, but it's just a matter of time. Nicole is great, flexible and knowledgeable.

I had a very extreme circumstance of having to move immediately, and Nicole worked with me tirelessly for a week straight to find me my ideal apartment. She was completely thorough, honest, compassionate, and most of all, dedicated! Before walking around 5 different neighborhoods, she made sure to prepare me for everything the management company was going to ask for, and when it was time for the application process we had everything ready to go. We signed leases at the end of the week and I couldn't be happier with my new apartment. I have heard horror stories of NYC brokers, but Nicole has wiped those stories from my memory- she's the best!
