NICK PARKER

Me and my friend were looking for a 2br in brooklyn and we contacted nick after we saw his post for a 2br apartment in east williamsburg. Nick, responded right away and agreed to show us the place even though it was about 11pm. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional and not at all pushy unlike many other agents. We really enjoyed talking to him and I would highly recommend Nick if you are in the market to rent a place.

Amazing broker! It was actually fun viewing apartments with him. When he told me he could get me into just about any available apartment in Manhattan, he wasn't kidding. Nick showed me a fantastic sublet in a co-op building. Very impresive.

Nick is a top notch, 5 star broker. He responded instantly to my all of my communications and explained everything to me in advance. Unlike most of the other brokers in this city, Nick is honest and upfront about the good as well as the bad with every apartment. I wish I had contacted Nick sooner, instead of wasting my time with those other shady brokers. Plus, he has access to just about every apartment in New York, so he was able to tell me about additional places that haven't even publically hit the market yet. I definitely recommend Nick as the most amazing broker in New York.

Nick is the best broker I've met so far. I've seen apartments with 8 brokers in person and spoken to another 25 or so others over the past two weeks. Nick was honest and straightforward with me from the beginning. I wish the others could be like him!
