Nicholas found his way into Real Estate through hunting for his own apartment in Manhattan. Like a child on Christmas, his eyes still light up every time he walks into a space and thinks yours should too. Nicholas strongly believes that moving should be fun. Moving offers freedom to begin your life anew. Moving allows you to start from scratch, and re-build your life with the knowledge you've accumulated from your mistakes. Moving, to Nicholas, is about redemption.

Nicholas has redeemed himself time and time again. Hailing from Newton, KS, he grew up on a small farm run by his grandfather. On the farm, Nicholas learned that patience and persistence are the surest ways to produce fruits from your labor. Nicholas was uprooted to Kansas City, starting over in the suburbs of Overland Park, KS, and then again to Boston, MA to study theatre at Emerson College, and then once more to New York City. Surprisingly, Nicholas' roots extend further down in New York City than they ever did in the farms in Kansas. Moving often helped Nicholas branch out, expand his social network and create lasting relationships, which he credits as the cornerstone of his business.

Nicholas is nothing without his friends who become his clients, and his clients who become his friends. Whether you decide to have Nicholas represent you, he is there to answer any question you have about the confusing New York Real Estate market, and offers you your own chance at redemption. Nicholas resides on the Upper East Side with his roommate Teal and their overweight cat Fred.

I moved in with family when I first moved to the city in June and hunted for an apartment for a month without any success. I was a total newbie to NYC real estate and every naked apartment or Craig's list broker felt like a total scam. I would call about a specific apartment in my price range, set up a meeting and then the day would come and I'd be blown off or the apartment wouldn't be available but one $300 more was. I had never felt more taken advantage of as a young person in a huge city. And then I met Nick Lee and my luck turned around. He is a genuine and honest and one in a million in NYC real estate. Hours after our first email, he had three prospects to show me the next day. They were all within my price range, one was even below. My roommate situation ended up changing from just two of us to a third joining the hunt and he couldn't have been more understanding or helpful. Within days we found the most beautiful Upper East Side apartment with space and sunshine galore for under $900 a month (excuse me that's unheard of!?!) I can't rave enough about what an incredible help Nick was. He bent over backwards and was genuinely invested in finding us our perfect home. I am forever grateful!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Nick is the best! This year I had the daunting task of finding an apartment in Washington Heights that fit a very specific bill (pets, budget, space, etc). Nick worked tirelessly around the clock to find me and my roommates a ton of great options, answered questions promptly and eased any concerns I had about fees, neighborhood, building, everything! I would highly recommend Nick for your next move. He has an amazing work ethic and knows how to get the job done quickly and seamlessly. You'd be crazy not to hire him!

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

In October, my roommate and had to make a last minute decision to move out of our apartment. I was dreading the hunt and mentally preparing myself for the horror of apartment searching we'd experienced a year prior. However, this time around I could not have had a more opposite experience. My roommate and I contacted Nick and he went to work with us right away. He was organized, understanding of our needs, wants and limitations, and he followed through with us from beginning to end. He found us a great apartment on the Upper West Side, and we couldn't be happier. He was our advocate and liaison with the rental company the entire time, and even negotiated our rent! He puts 100% into everything, and gets the job done. New York City is the toughest place to apartment hunt, and he makes it look easy.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

I have moved 7x in the past 5 years so I've have truly been through the real estate ringer. In February I am moving again!!! (From Los Angeles to NYC.) However, this time around I am not stressed about finding the right place. I have Nicholas Lee ! Nick is fun, informed, and willing to put in the time and effort needed. I'm actually looking forward to the move

Not only is Nick Lee an incredible real estate agent, but he is an incredible human being. He anticipates your needs, he listens, and he is the hardest worker I know. And he will bring all of this into finding you the perfect apartment. He's your man. Do it.

Hunting for an apartment in NYC can be ridiculously stressful, but Nick Lee made the entire experience enjoyable and I couldn't be happier in my new place. He worked tirelessly to help me find my dream apartment by consistently showing me great options and paying close attention to my preferences and concerns. He answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable and informed about every place I checked out. To top it all off he is hilarious and easy to hang out with, so a long day of checking out apartments was a lot of fun.

Nicholas Lee Responded:
Julia,

You made the process fun. I was just responding to you! So glad you're loving your new home! I'm picturing you in the Naked Apartments commercials trying to put rollerskates on your cat. You should audition for that!
