Nicholas found his way into Real Estate through hunting for his own apartment in Manhattan. Like a child on Christmas, his eyes still light up every time he walks into a space and thinks yours should too. Nicholas strongly believes that moving should be fun. Moving offers freedom to begin your life anew. Moving allows you to start from scratch, and re-build your life with the knowledge you've accumulated from your mistakes. Moving, to Nicholas, is about redemption.
Nicholas has redeemed himself time and time again. Hailing from Newton, KS, he grew up on a small farm run by his grandfather. On the farm, Nicholas learned that patience and persistence are the surest ways to produce fruits from your labor. Nicholas was uprooted to Kansas City, starting over in the suburbs of Overland Park, KS, and then again to Boston, MA to study theatre at Emerson College, and then once more to New York City. Surprisingly, Nicholas' roots extend further down in New York City than they ever did in the farms in Kansas. Moving often helped Nicholas branch out, expand his social network and create lasting relationships, which he credits as the cornerstone of his business.
Nicholas is nothing without his friends who become his clients, and his clients who become his friends. Whether you decide to have Nicholas represent you, he is there to answer any question you have about the confusing New York Real Estate market, and offers you your own chance at redemption. Nicholas resides on the Upper East Side with his roommate Teal and their overweight cat Fred.
