I have a feeling this agent knew the space was rented and decided to not show up and pass me off to another realtor. I don't usually give bad ratings for anything but it's really unfair and dishonest so I had to say something.

Mr. Doyle informed the apartment was no longer available for rent. Mr. Doyle was courteous.

Nicholas was super professional and super nice. He really went the extra mile to make sure we got the place we wanted and didn't even let Hurricane Sandy get in the way of the process! He showed us plenty of apartments in our price range and didn't try to sell us on places we didn't want. A great experience overall!
