I specialize in helping Clients that need to find apartments fast. My last client was from out of town, I showed him and his wife around for two days and they signed a lease on the third day.  Real Estate is not just my career, it is one of my passions. I have been interested in the real estate industry ever since I attend my first Real Estate Society Meeting at the University of Connecticut were I graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree, Majoring in Finance. With my extensive knowledge of both the Real Estate and Financial Markets due to the fact that I have over 15 years experience in the fields of Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance and Mortgages.
I understand that Buying or Renting a property is my client’s largest financial decision they will ever have to make in their lifetime. My Goal is to go above and beyond what my client expect from their Real Estate Agent. I call this my White Glove Customer Service Statement.
New York City Real Estate can be very scary and confusing place for most people. I take great pride in taking the time to educate and help my clients navigate the New York City Reality Market Place. I understand that my clients are extremely busy with Family and Work in their day to day lives, so they don’t have time to go around viewing hundreds or even thousands of homes such has Brownstones, Townhouses, Condos, Coop’s and Apartment, but I do. Let me work for you. I will listen to all my customers needs, such as Price, Location, Schools, Subway Lines, Pets, Outdoor space etc. I preview many different properties everyday so my clients don’t have to. I will pick out and email my clients with Five Different Property Listings that I feel meets my clients wants and needs. I feel that the most important thing is to listen to my clients needs, to make sure I find them a beautiful home, that they love going home to after a hard day of work.
