Nathan has been involved in real estate his whole life, with most of his family in the business. His father, a developer, brought him to sites at a young age, teaching him the different steps involved in building from scratch and the inherent value of real estate. His mother is studying the latest LEED certifications in buildings, and his sister does marketing for one of the most prominent real estate conglomerates in the world. With real estate deep in his blood, Nathan interned for leading firms and start-up companies in his journey to becoming a broker himself. His exceptional knowledge and passion for the field, coupled with an innate ability to read clients and guide them successfully, are what make him the ideal partner for any buyer, seller, renter or investor.

Young and energetic, Nathan not only shows his clients apartments; he also educates them on the market, buildings, and what they can expect for their money. He is always honest in his assessment of what a client wants versus what is realistic, and works extremely hard to minimize any gap between the two.    Nathan knows you have a tough choice when it comes to choosing an agent. "Thousands of brokers, thousands of bios that say the same thing: 'tireless work ethic,' 'personalized attention,' and the most popular 'really listens.' While most think these qualities make them exceptional, I think they are just the minimums required to be a passable agent. What make me different? I truly believe it is my honest, clarity, and reliability that set me apart and are a breath of fresh are for many people. If what you want doesn't exist, I'll tell you and not waste your time. I won't show you apartments that don't fit your needs, and I will prepare you well before we start looking so there are no unexpected surprises."

A native New Yorker from Long Island, Nathan majored in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland. His favorite things about NYC are the opportunities and diversity that abound. Nathan is a die-hard fan of the New York Knicks, New York Giants, and his alma mater team, the Maryland Terrapins. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his large family.

Nathan responded promptly and found an option that worked for us very quickly. We were able to close in on an apartment quickly - it was no fee, in our budget, and in east village like we wanted.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

I have worked with many brokers in the city and Nathan by far was one of the best ones I've worked with. He was always courteous and listened to my requirements in finding a place. He was never pushy and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. I will be recommending him to all of my friends!

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
