Best agent ever. I gave him all my criteria in what I was looking for in an apartment and left it up to him. A day later he took me to see exactly what I was looking for. Moved in a few days ago and could not be happier with my apartment. If you want to find an apartment in NYC, he's your man!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Until I met Nate I thought I was going to have to move back home to Ohio. My credit issues and limited funds were making it almost impossible for me to find a decent apartment in NY within my budget. Nate spent an entire day with me showing me apartments and when I found the one I wanted he used his magic to get me approved and 2 days later we signed leases. On top of that he helped me out by reducing the broker's fee to something I could afford. I've referred him to all my friends, cant say enough good things about him, he saved me!!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Best experience I've ever had with a broker was with Nate. He found me the perfect apartment in no time, reduced the broker's fee for me and responded to all my calls and inquiries immediately. He made the tedious task of looking for an apartment very simple. Highly recommend Nate to anybody looking for an apartment in NY.

Nate responded to an initial inquiry of mine, and claimed to have "a number of apartments" that would suit my needs. He said he would get back to me in a few days, but did not.

When I emailed him back, he again claimed to have some apartments, and suggested that we'd meet that weekend. However, he again never got back to me.

Disappointing and unprofessional.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
