Mihai Iuga moved from his homeland of Romania to New York City in 1995 to pursue his love for real estate. From web design and marketing to property management and construction management, he has not only mastered the real estate business, but uses his diverse knowledge and web savvy to his clients' advantage when searching for and marketing apartments.

With years of experience under his belt, hard work and extreme devotion have made Mihai one of New York best and most successful agents. While extremely driven and professional, he is equally outgoing and friendly, and finds genuine pleasure in helping people find an apartment with maximum satisfaction. He's also the guy you can trust to listen to every word you say and every desire you have, and then turn that into a reality.

Specializing in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mihai is a cut above in what he brings his clients. His background as a Residential Property Manager, managing residential townhouses, absentee owners and investors units in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens for six years arms him with unique expertise, as does his personal experience as an real estate investor/owner.

Mihai also co-owns a small boutique home improvement company that handles interior renovations, giving him a keen eye for quality and good relationship with architects, designers and other construction trades.

Mihai holds a degree in Finance from Baruch College. When he is not working, you can find him on the water enjoying his passion for boating. Mihai will make your real estate experience with him smooth sailing as well.
