Michelle’s experience spans over a 12 year period of closing and negotiating sales transactions across various industries including retail, business 2 business, consumer goods, and running her own business. Another quality that Michelle can bring to both buyer and seller is her large network and her ability to build a rapport among key industry players. Michelle honed this skill from her past jobs as a conference producer where she had to recruit well known executives and acclaimed leaders to speak at conferences. In addition, during her role as a marketer over the years she learned the importance of developing successful marketing strategies which can be applied towards selling a property.
Michelle educates the buyer and seller about the real estate market by listening primarily to their needs. After gathering all the necessary information based on buyer or seller needs she will provide the client with comps that are comparable to the client’s price range and expectations of their desired needs. She has been in real estate for a year in half and loves helping others in the Big Apple find the perfect place to call their home ! Her knowledge of the market, exceptional customer service skiils, and ability to listen to your needs and find what your looking for makes Michelle the perfect agent to rent, sell, or buy from. When Michelle is not working her interests are interior design, fashion, writing, volunteering, running, yoga, traveling, health and fitness. She received a Bachelors in Business from Miami University.
