He even allowed me to call him Mike. Where do you find that nowadays? He took his valued time to visit apartments across the city without a hint of disdain or complaint. I may be taking part in aggrandizing his ego, but coming across such superb service in New York City is rare! I definitely recommend this guy. As real as it gets with Sir Michael.
