I could not recommend a better realtor than Mike! This was the first time I moved out on my own post-college, so needless to say I was very nervous! I knew that if I wanted a reputable and nice apartment in the city, I would need to find a broker. Of course, I have heard that brokers have a reputation of rushing clients and selling the first thing they show to make their commission. I had the total opposite experience with Mike!

From start to finish, Mike made the apartment search process a much better experience for me. Mike possesses only the most professional qualities. He is fast to reply to every email, text, or call that he receives. I knew that he had a lot of clients when showing me apartments, so I was thankful that he never put my needs last, even though I was looking for a "starter apartment." The range of apartments that Mike can show his clients go from the most basic post-college apartment to the most luxurious superstar apartments you could dream of. Mike is willing to show his clients an array of choices in order to give them a picture of what their money can buy.

My favorite thing about Mike is he really gave me every option I could afford and talked me through the pros and cons of each place. Not many realtors are so personable. I used a few other brokers before him, and no one came close. As soon as apartments opened up in my price range he alerted me, and that is key when searching in the city. Places go fast, so acting with ample time was important.

I plan to recommend Mike to all my friends moving out for the first time, as well as all of my parents friends who live in Manhattan and are looking to upgrade their space. 5 out of 5 stars for Mike, no doubt!

My roommates and I worked with Michael quite a bit in our apartment hunt and it was an all around great experience. He found many great places that were in our budget (which was no easy feat) and was always available to answer questions. At one point there was an apartment a bit outside of our price range and he was able to work with his boss and the management company to work on a better deal that we would be able to afford. We really appreciated all of his work!
