I am the owner of 440 W. 22nd Street and exceptional townhouse on a very desirable (historic) block in Chelsea. My wife and I live on the Parlor floor and occasionally have an apartment to rent. These apartments always rent at slightly below the market value, as we are more concerned about who we get than what we earn.
