Thank you Thank you!! I have to say Michael was the absolute best in helping me find my new apartment. Before meeting Mr King I was extremely frustrated and didn't think I would find the right place. Michael was calm, humorous, and best of all extremely informed about the areas I wanted to move! Where my last three brokers showed me the same units, Michael showed me 6 different apartments I haven't seen before that fit my criteria. I am very appreciative for Michael's constant support with my apartment and now helping my cousin find her first place. Seriously the best!

After meeting twelve brokers each from different agencies, I can earnestly say that Micheal was the best out all of them. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process, and ultimately helped me find the perfect apartment. This was my first time getting my own place, so I found the process very tedious and difficult. I had many complications/mix-ups, but Micheal was extremely patient and was always kind. He was never pushy and always had a smile on his face. Micheal is the kind of broker who genuinely tries to make his clients happy. I love my new apartment and am very glad I had him to help me get it! Thanks Micheal!

Michael Scott King is pretty much the perfect broker at every aspect. He paid very close attention to the personal needs I was looking for in the apartments I searched for, and took all of them into consideration. He knew my spending limits, yet he still managed to get me the single best deal on an apartment that I have ever gotten. And despite the fact that I was unable to retrieve all my financial records on time, Michael managed to keep me latched into the apartment after I had made my decision. He negotiated an amazing price that was well within my range. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone, as I feel he is truly the best broker I have ever worked with!

Michael is amazing. Not only did he actually care about where I ended up living, but he was extremely helpful and nice in the whole search process. He viewed apartments before bringing me there to winnow out the ones that weren't worth it. After finding the apartment of my dreams, he paid for a cab to rush us uptown to place an application, which he made certain was first in line. Although this company soon had 20 different applications on their desk for the apartment, Michael made sure that we were the ones to get it, and I couldn't be happier. Michael is a true gentleman who is excellent at his job. With many other talents and passions, however, he is a great broker who cares deeply about finding his clients a place to call home, regardless of how much money he gets. I am recommending him to all my close friends. USE HIM!

Before I met Michael, we spoke via email and he was prompt and polite in his responses. This made me feel confident in him because other agents I had exchanged e-mails with were slow in responding to questions. Within the first or second day of us talking, Michael had lined up a number of apartments for us to look at together. During our tour of the apartments, Michael gave honest feedback and didn't hesitate to say he if he liked the area, the bathroom, etc. He is also fun to talk to, which is actually important because looking for an apartment can be stressful. I rented an apartment from him and definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking.
