Previously, Michael worked in theatre as a producer and actor, plus managed his family's performing arts school, The King Centre for the Performing Arts. Designing marketing plans for classes, plays and concerts, and presenting a final product made made his career transition as an agent very smooth.

When not busy helping clients, he raises money for local and international charities in need through art via his production company, Nunya Productions, founded with his wife, actress Mariya King in 2008 as a way to give back to the community through art. Michael loves exploring the city with family and friends, plays a lot of basketball, practices yoga regularly, and loves to hear and tell a good story as much as possible! He also enjoys movies, theatre, travel, meeting new people and seeing new places.
