review date 03/22/2013I was hesitant about this guy because he seemed to have a low star rating, but we went ahead anyway and worked with him, and it was fine. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. We did not end up renting with him for unrelated reasons, however I would generally recommend him. Not giving 5 stars because he could have been a little better on communications (frequency / clarity). However he was a nice guy and did try so I basically liked him.
