Michael has been extremely helpful with my housing process since Day 1. He was patient enough to take me all over the city and stop by all the places I was interested in. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an honest yet knowledgeable broker!

Michael was really, really responsive and attentive to what me and my roommate were looking for with our budget. We saw a great apartment with him but we ended up deciding on another place. After that, we sat down at his office and go through listings that may have fit our price and space.

I think the best part was that he wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel like he was doing us a favor. And I think that made our experience with him a really positive one. Definitely will be looking to him if we have to move in the future!

Michael was extremely helpful and professional, working within my budget to find a wide range of apartments. He went the extra mile in searching out the best and newest places to view, and was always flexible according to my preferences. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment, especially in the East Village.

I was from out of state and Michael was the first broker I contacted before I came to look. He was very helpful and kept in touch til the week I arrived. He is a busy guy so def call ahead and work over the details of what you want and when you'll be coming. In the end he found me a great apt and worked with me to get it. I highly rec Michael if you are looking for an apt.

Michael is an excellent agent and would definately recommend. I was looking for a apartment near the midtown area my budget being at $2500 max. He was patient working with my specifics of having a doorman in a luxe building which can be a challenge at that price with my requirements. I did work with another realtor prior at Nest Seekers who was extremely stuck up, convince me to move my max price to 3000 and busy looking at what i wore than finding me an apartment. Luckily Mike worked with me for several weeks and after looking at many apartments (sorry), I found my apartment in midtown with a doorman in a lux building. Thanks again :)
