Michael is fantastic! I rented the first apartment that I really liked within two days. And he even showed me places on a twisted ankle. RR Lefferts was great. Lamar at RR was extremely competent as well and got the job done.

Michael was great- he was very upfront about what he apartments he had available. He took us to the apartment we contacted him about, we gave him pros and cons and he took us to 2 apartments that were gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for in terms of the apartment itself.

Michael was very nice and showed us a few places. He answered many of our questions and was not pushy. We ended up renting someplace else but we would recommend him.

Michael was a huge help and very willing to negotiate with me. He took care of my every need. He went above and beyond for me.

Michael responded very promptly and enthusiastically to my contact. My price range wasn't huge, but he was willing to work with it and seemed dedicated to finding me a great place to live. He listened to what I wanted, and worked with my schedule. Although I ended up getting an apartment through a friend, I will call him next time I need a place - and would recommend him to any young professional moving to the city.

Michael helped immensely with my application for an apartment that was shown by his colleague, Lamar Bryant. Just signed my lease a few hours ago! Michael was super friendly and organized and knowledgable, and responded to my many, many questions. He is very professional and humane. I definitely felt like I was working with a real person, not a "broker," and someone who was looking out for me. You should work with him!

Very responsive and easy to reach!

After what felt like forever and contacting numerous brokers receiving no response, I found a listing from Michael Grant. I called him and was shocked when he answered right away. We made an appointment that afternoon to see the apartment I called about. For the first time in my entire search, he showed me the exact apartment I was calling about. He also showed us another down the street that I did not call about, and that is the one we took! I was a little nervous through the whole process, yet Michael and the entire staff at Rapid were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions, and got us what we needed. I would 100% use Michael again, and would recommend him to anyone wanting to make their search easier and actually find what they are looking for!

Michael was incredibly helpful. He responded very promptly to my initial inquiry, and was able to show additional, similarly priced apartments that were cosigner friendly. Rapid Realty helped us through the entire application process, and the apartment we're moving into is enormous! Highly recommend Michael, especially for those just moving into the city. The entire process was made a lot easier than I'd been told to expect!
