Meet Michael

Michael Cawley's strong knowledge of New York City and keen attention to detail make him an excellent advisor and advocate for his real estate clients. Michael began in the field as a real estate researcher at an appraisal firm. There he honed his skills gathering data for sales comparables and assisting with property inspection. His experience instilled in him a sense of the uniqueness of the various property types, as well as an understanding of the value of research and the importance of information – not just any information like what you'd find on the internet, but rather, salient up-to-the-minute market facts.
 
Moving on to the rental and sales side of real estate, Michael continues to draw on his valuable expertise to help customers and clients realize their goals while attaining the best investment value. He believes in ensuring a stress-free transaction by providing a thorough education to every client. "Clients want an agent who will listen to their needs, makes them feel special, counsel and inform them through the transaction, and protect them from any unexpected surprises. The only surprise I strive to make happen is that happy surprise when we walk into their perfect home."
 
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Michael graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS degree in Business Management and Finance. He loves living in the city for its diversity of people, food and events. "There's so much to enjoy and absorb living here, and so much value too." When hard at work or out exploring the city, he loves mastering the art of playing chess.
