An experienced broker with a proven track record in the rental industry-- and lots of fun to work with! Mia began her real estate career in 2003 and has trained with some of the top producers in the city. She brings a calm assuredness to the often hurried New York City rental process. Her strength as a client advocate lies in her unyielding persistence to find what they seek and see them through every aspect of their search, negotiations, and lease signing. Her relationships with her clients are characterized by warmth, trust, respect, and confidence. Due to her exceptional knowledge and resources, she secures the apartments clients desire quickly, while maintaining a calm and easygoing, yet elegant composure. Mia believes that “all clients are created equal” and she gives evenly matched attention to all her clients, whether they’re looking for starter homes or luxury penthouses. The majority of her business comes from satisfied customers looking to upgrade and those who have been referred by them. Mia's method is to listen closely to what her clients say so that she can understand what they may not be able to put into words. She will persevere until they have secured their new home—and this has been a winning ticket for both Mia and her clients. Focused and disciplined, Mia is highly organized and efficient at managing her clients’ time effectively and extends herself graciously to those who engage her services.

Mia was simply amazing, I was looking for a one bedroom apartment and finding her was the best thing that happen to me. (In terms of looking for an apartment) Looking for an apartment can be very stressful and finding the right broker can be stressful as well. Before I met Mia, I spoke with several different broker and they were all unreliable. I had time to meet with some of the brokers but I felt like they weren't being sincere, they were telling me what I wanted to hear. when i met Mia i knew she was going to be the one to find me the right apartment, she was honest from the beginning. she showed me two apartments in washington height and the neighborhood was perfect. Mia knew that i was a college student, she took that into consideration and found me the right apartments within my budget. I was in love with both apartment she showed me, Mia suggested to go with the cheaper apartment due to the fact that i was a student. I was amazed the she suggested the cheaper apartment, she wasn't doing her job for the money but rather, to help people find the right apartment. I dont usually write reviews but Mia was simply amazing and perfect, so I wrote this review to recommend her to others. (You can thank me later when Mia finds you the right apartment too.)

Mia was quick to respond to my emails and calls. I ended up not renting a place because I decided to move into my sister's house so I don't have to pay rent, and Mia was very understanding about it.
