My boyfriend and I really enjoyed working with Mendy, and I even recommended him to my old roommate, giving her his card. It was definitely a process and my whole entire family got involved and he was still courteous to all of us answering all of our questions.

I definitely recommend working with him. He listened to what our needs were and found us a great apartment (and the management here is really great too). He also worked really well even with being in a time crunch.

Got back quickly, have yet to view apartment.

Confusion either through technical delays or lack of care. I travelled for two hours, spending money on a cab to be on time. Agent was a no show.Can't confirm if the mistake was on the agents side or due to internet delays. Wouldn't call him or his company again.

Never responded to my inquiry.

I emailed him to see an apartment. He responded and said it was available. I then emailed him to see when we could set up a time. He never responded. This happened FOUR times. He would never acknowledge my emails asking for a meeting. I don't get it... doesn't he want people to see and rent the apartment?

Mendy was polite, courteous, and easy to reach. He answered my questions in a timely fashion, and has remained in communication with the landlord to resolve some concerns even after my lease was signed. I would recommend him and Abba Realty to anyone looking in the Lefferts/Crown Heights/Ditmas area.
