Melissa is so nice and prompt with her communication. She scheduled us for a viewing out in Astoria and was very knowledgeable about the building, the unit, and what amenities were available to the tenants.

Melissa is one of the few brokers that I have immediately felt comfortable with and I enjoyed looking at apartments with her. She is knowledgeable without making you feel like she is trying to sell you something. Even though we did not end up getting an apartment through Melissa, I enjoyed working with her and I recommend Melissa as a broker.
