Max was the first broker I ever worked with and he made the apartment finding process a breeze! My roommates and I had lots of specifics in what we wanted in an apartment and did not think we would realistically be able to find a place that really fit all of our needs, but Max showed us 3 great places that were infinitely better than anything else we had seen on the market, one of which we ended up renting instantly. He only shows you places that really fit your criteria and is very honest with you about what is out there for you. He made the process quick, efficient, and seamless. He got my roommates and I the lease overnight via FedEx since we are moving from out of town, and he helped walk us through the entire process. It is definitely worth setting up a meeting with Max. I had given up on the listings coming from Naked Apartments until Max sent me an email. He could be one of the few brokers that actually pays attention to your needs. He saw my profile and emailed me about a brand new listing. My wife and I hadn't even walked through the whole apartment before we decided that it was perfect.
