Max is the best agent I've worked with in 10 years of living in Manhattan. He showed me amazing options within my budget, and was friendly, informative, and fun to work with. Best of all, he wasn't pushy or aggressive. Max helped me locate a great studio apartment the first day out. I would recommend him to anyone looking in this area.

I'm literally obsessed with Max. He took such good care of me during my apartment hunt. He knew EXACTLY what I wanted and wouldn't settle for anything less. He handled everything and every situation. He really had my back and did a fantastic job getting me the perfect place. He inherently knew what I would like and what I wouldn't, and was great at negotiating with other brokers and explaining my issues (which I didn't even need to explain to Max...he just knew) with the place on my behalf...that's a great relief because having to explain to someone why you hate their apartment can be uncomfortable and awkward. He's quick to respond, a great communicator, and great to be around while hunting for places. He's genuine and reliable and truly truly wants to get you something great.

Max is by far the best broker my roommate and I worked with. He is responsive, reliable, and thoughtful, while also being a pleasure to work with. Max had carefully vetted each apartment he brought us to and took our feedback into account when preparing other apartment viewings.
