Matt was the best! I just moved here from Florida and had no idea how the rentals in real estate worked. He helped me find the perfect place in Murray Hill. He answered all of my questions and emails and not once did he seem annoyed. I will work with him again when I'm in the market to buy my future dream home.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

As good as it gets when it comes to renting apts in NYC.

I absolutely LOVED working with the team, especially Matt. Found a great apt in the east village and for a reasonable price. He was willing to show apartments around my schedule and find the perfect spot to fit what I was looking for.

Would highly recommend them.
