Raised in a tiny village in New Hampshire, life in the big city was the last thing Matt ever saw for himself, but that all changed twelve years ago when he moved here to pursue a career in advertising. Although now an official New Yorker, Matt still turns to that original sense of awe every time he helps guide his clients on a search for a new home, and it is this authentic excitement that seems to bond Matt to his clients.

Formally trained in Business and Marketing at the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School, with a decade’s experience working in Advertising, Matt sees the Real Estate market as equal parts financial strategy and emotional appeal, understanding that its as much the dollars and cents behind a particular deal as the unspoken passion attached to finding one’s dream home.

For the past six years Matt has lived in Seward Park, on the Lower East Side, before that calling a converted Williamsburg Loft Space home.
