Wonderfully, she even helped to start negotiations in lowering the rent amount and her broker's fee! I highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a new pad in this mad, mad, New York jungle. ~Ana

review date 08/20/2012Mary is terrific! The listing that I initially contacted her about ended up not working for me, and she really went the extra mile, helping me find the perfect studio! I had not worked with brokers before, and she was super patient and friendly, and really took the time to help me through the renting process. All and all, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!
