Previously in event sales for nearly a decade, Maria employs keen interpersonal skills, negotiating savvy and promotional creativity that ensure her clients’ success. This native New Yorker earned a BA in Marketing from Fashion Institute of Technology, studied International Marketing in Florence, Italy, and worked in Nicosia, Cyprus working for a British event company. While there, Maria promoted and sold events for Anthony Robbins, the most eminent and distinguished motivational speaker in the world, including his flagship seminar “Unleash The Power Within” which was an incredibly dynamic experience.

A Downtown Manhattan specialist and Battery Park City resident for over 12 years, Maria is a dedicated real estate professional and proud mother in her community. She is also a writer for Downtown Magazine, with a monthly web feature called "Downtown Mom" that covers everything and anything about downtown and parenting. "I breathe Battery Park City and know everything from landlords to lattes!" Maria additionally serves as an advisor to Foundation of American Blood Centers (FABC), and has sat on the Board of Directors of the Cooley's Anemia Foundation since 1998.

For fun, you'll often find Maria strolling with her daughter along the BPC promenade, kayaking the Hudson or biking along the West Side Highway. Maria also has a keen interest in art history, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East.
