Although I did not rent an apartment from this broker, he showed me a lot of what was out there on the market. He was very professional and did not show me anything above my budget or out of neighborhoods I wanted. He promptly responded to my emails and was willing to work with my schedule to look for my apartments. I would have loved to have paid him the broker's fee -- he did so much research and work! (more than I can say for others).
