Originally from Seattle, and later Chicago and Austin, Marcus Louis quickly excelled in his career as a New York real estate professional, earning Rookie of the Year after only 6 months on the job at Citi-Habitats over 8 years ago. An avid user of social media and his use of sites including Facebook, Twitter, FourSquare and ASmallWorld.com have not only allowed him access to powerful avenues for marketing his listings, but remaining connected to his client base as well. In fact, Marcus Louis sees many of his clients as friends, and treats them as such, which he says makes it easier to connect with and market to them via a variety of social networks.
