“New York real estate sells itself. I just need to be knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking and honest, and provide my clients with the best matches for their needs.”
Maja Stojkovic Rowland moved to New York from a small European city, and in doing so became enamored with the charm and history as well as the dynamic energy and diversity. “Every neighborhood is special in its own way, with a unique fit of people who want to call it home,” she says. “No matter where you want to live, I will guide you there by allowing you to explore your areas of interest and to make informed decisions based on fact, not fantasy.”
A native of Belgrade, Serbia, Maja studied law at Belgrade University, during which time she came to New York and fell inlove. She initially lived in Midtown West and has currently resided on the Upper West Side for the past two years. Prior to entering real estate, Maja worked in the customer service industry as well as in high-end designer sales, so is well accustomed to providing the highest levels of hospitality and attention to detail.
Some of Maja’s favorite things about New York besides selling and renting apartments to clients include early morning dog walks in the park, brunch on weekends, as well as the great fashion, food and art that surrounds you. She is also a creative spirit who enjoys sewing and painting when time allows.
