After receiving negative feedback from other brokers, I was sure that I couldnt find an afforable place in the city but after meeting Lwane, I was gladly proven wrong. Lwane was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and listened to what my roommate and I wanted. She was honest and still maintained professionalism throughout the entire time and honestly a joy to be around. Thanks for making such a tedious process into a memorable experience. :-)

Lwane was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. She emailed us back within 24 hours of our first request for her help. She rented a car and drove us around the area of the apartment and pointed out various locations of interest. She was upfront and honest about everything. EXTREMELY professional but also very down-to-earth and easy to work with! We got our apartment in ONE WEEK because of her. She made it a stress-free process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to ANYONE. She is fantastic!

I travel so much for work that the thought of looking for a place kept me at my previous residence for years. I worked with Lwane to find the place that was right for me. She made my move seem effortless. I told her what I wanted (I am a pretty picky person) and after a full day of searching apartments I found a few that I liked. She helped narrow down my decision based on her extensive knowledge of the area. Within a week or so I was signing my lease. I would recommend Luane to anyone searching for an apartment because she cares about what she does and it shows.

Lwane worked with us last year on 154th Street (not on Naked Apartments), and she was great! Very professionial but still friendly, realistic, and down to earth. I loved working her, and even enjoyed just making small talk and getting the opportunity to meet someone who treats their clients so well. She's someone you'd want as a friend, but trust as a broker. I totally recommend her!

Lwane was helpful and diligent throughout this process. She contacted me periodically to let me know when new apartments were available and offered to show them to me. I'd worked with one previous broker and he was disinterested in providing the same level of direction and support as Lwane. Although I ended up not renting the apartment, she was a true professional to the end. Definitely someone to work with.
