Luis Alvarez

Luis Alvarez discovered his passion for real estate at a very young age. His parents owned multiple properties in the Dominican Republic, where he was born. Watching these properties being built fascinated him. He knew then, that his destiny was to work with real estate.

Luis knows that finding a place to call home is a hard task. When he came to New York, 13 years ago, his family moved multiple times, not finding the right place until many years later. This is the reason why he takes finding the right place for his clients very seriously. Luis will not rest until he finds his clients the perfect home. 

He went to college for business administration. After, he managed a team of 15 people as a supervisor of a toy store. Knowing how to get along with people is one of his best quality. He always brings 100% to the table, something he learned from his parents. Who worked hard every day, and get home to continue working. 

In his spare time he enjoys, music, listening as well as composing it. He likes playing sports, from baseball to soccer, football to basketball, anything that makes him sweat. Whether you’re a buyer, a seller, or a renter, Luis will not rest until you’re satisfied.
