review date 05/02/2013I have been looking for a new apartment for sometime now and have seen very few prospects that have really made me say "I want to live here," and I've come across fewer brokers that were professional, reliable, or willing to work with me to make my rental experience smooth. And then I found Louisa. She has been consistently prompt and up front with me through out the whole process, and even as I made mistakes or found I had trobule with some of the paperwork she was always encouraging and made sure that my deal went through. If you work with her expect a very professional agent that will make your rental experience as smooth as possible and is willing to make sure that you get the apartment that you want.

She persistently attempted to set appointments for us to look at apartments, but the schedules never fit. We are very thankful for her help. If we are looking again, I would not hesitate to contact her.

We have had problems with roommates bailing and not being able to be a part of the household and Louisa has been very helpful and open to suggesting great ideas, consistent with properties and helping find exactly what we need. She was very courteous and was trying to stick to our exact needs. I have already recommended her to some of my friends.

review date 01/04/2013I'd like to comment on Louisa and what a high-level of professional she is. Lousia was super helpful, friendly, dedicated, trustworthy and knowledgeable of the business. I had less than a week to find an apartment which was very overwhelming and fustrating to the point that I became very irritated towards her. Louisa remained very calmed and assured me that she will definitely find me an apartment. She found me a beautiful apartment that I love so much. I highly recommend her to everyone in NYC that looking for an apartment.

After working with several other agents who were inattentive and motivated by commission instead of my satisfaction, it was refreshing to meet Louisa. She is attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. When Louisa and I spoke initially, I expressed all that I was looking for in a new apartment. We scheduled an appointment immediately to view apartments that were within my price range, with my desired amenities. I placed a deposit on the very first apartment I visited.
I appreciated Louisa's honesty, and diligence from the beginning of the search process, to the end when I signed my lease. It is rare to find real estate agents with her qualities. I highly recommend her services.

review date 11/19/2012Louisa was great. She gets RIGHT down to business. No funny business at all! She will shoot you straight and tell you how it is. If you are looking to MOVE, she's your girl. I love the line she gave us, "I Don't Show apartments, I rent them!" IF you see something you like call her! Also, maybe jump on a call and tell her your needs before going to see a place, she may have something else that you didn't see as well.

She was very adept at recognizing a good working match between landlord and tenant. She is fair, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. Louisa knows her stuff, and I highly recommend her.

I had to move on such short notice and I thought it was impossible because the agents before her weren't helping. As soon as I paired with her, she asked me what I was looking for and when I told her she presented me with the best apartments, even ones that were worth increasing my budget. She's one of the few skillful agents out here, and thanks to her I moved swiftly into my 2 bedroom apartment. I definitely recommend her service!
