LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON
DOUGLAS ELLIMAN REAL ESTATE
774 BROADWAY, NEW YORK, NY, 10003
Lola Koutoudi knows every corner of New York, and takes great care in finding the right place to live for each individual. Having changed homes several times and worked with various brokers, she knows the ropes first hand and is very sensitive to what makes for a good real estate experience. "I give my time and commitment to finding my clients the best space for the best price. I am happy to guide them and educate them throughout the process, always staying interested, attentive and available for their needs."
Because Lola feels like she's selling dreams as opposed to just homes, she takes her work that much more seriously. Your emotional and financial investment are handled with care, and given top priority. "With the NYC market so vibrant and fast, it's my job to continually learn more and help clients be well prepared to jump on opportunity, while making the right choices."
As a co-op owner, Lola is personally familiar with the purchase process as well. She has lived on the Upper East Side and Gramercy neighborhoods of Manhattan since moving here over 10 years ago. Lola holds a BA in Art History from New York University and an MA in Architectural Lighting from Parsons. Her keen sense of design and aesthetics is extremely helpful in envisioning potential as well as showcasing the strong points of any space.
Originally from Athens, Greece, Lola speaks fluent Greek and English, and is conversant in French and Italian as well. In her career as an Art Adviser, she built solid relationships with a diverse group of people who trusted her eye and her insight. Lola was also responsible for putting together a very significant Native American Collection in New York
