Liam is without a doubt the go-to guy for the Windsor Terrace, Kensington, & Ditmas neighborhoods. He showed me one of the best apartments I've seen in my entire search, was friendly and had a lot of great information about the apartment and the building. We didn't end up renting through him because we decided that the neighborhoods he works in are not for us commute-wise, but I wish they were!

Renting an apartment in New York City can be daunting for anyone, but we had a particularly tricky situation: a long-distance relocation with a less-than two week turnaround time. With an 8 month old. And two cats. Liam moved mountains for us. He responded quickly to my inquiry, we were able to meet with him right away, and he got our little family into a great apartment in an awesome neighborhood within a week. He was courteous, responsive, and professional - we couldn't have asked for more. I'd recommend him highly to anyone.

Liam was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. He has great rentals to offer and was communicative, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area where he maintains listings and has great relationships with the key players (landlords, management, etc.). His fees are reasonable and well worth it. We found an apartment through him that matched our needs perfectly. It was wonderful to work with him and I highly recommend him.

Liam is the best broker I ever worked with. He was very pleasant to deal with and he worked around my schedule. He was honest and upfront about the apartment and the landlord. My husband and I were looking for an apartment in Windsor Terrace for a while with no luck. We were beginning to get discouraged. When I saw Liam's posting I reached out to him. He called me immediately and set up an appointment with me to view the apartment. Before we even scheduled and appointment he gave me all the details of the apartment. Rent, amenities, pet policy, and address so I could Google map it and see exactly where is was located. He was on time for the appointment and was very thorough when he showed us the apartment. He showed us all around the building and the even walked us around the neighborhood. He showed us where the subway was, the park, and the nearest grocery store. He even told us where the closest pizza and Thai restaurants were!
During the application process he was very helpful. He negotiated with the landlord on our behalf and kept us informed every step of the way.
Overall, he is an excellent broker and I would recommend him.
