Lerone's professional career path along with working multiple customer service jobs as an adolescent has made him a master of dealing with people ethically and with the utmost respect. Many people are known to not only like him, but love working with him immediately after meeting him by his warm smile, peaceful personality, optimistic view of life, playful sense of humor, and his ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
 

Lerone has always had a love and interest in real estate, and his life experience, skills, and way of dealing with people both prior to entering the industry in addition to being a part of it, has made him quite good at it. He even invested in a few single family homes where he gained experience as both a landlord and speculator. With access to over 10,000 listings throughout the city, he has become a true expert in the East and West Village after working with several clients focused on that area within the past year.

Lerone has a very diverse interest of cultural and leisure activities. Although he is very health conscious, he enjoys learning and tasting different types of wine and beer as well as smoke an occasional cigar. He is a music lover with an attraction to a broad range of various genres, and enjoys a party from time to time. He is a sports fan that thoroughly appreciates boxing and football, and he is an avid movie watcher.
