I came across Leonard Kogan through a friend, who has rented an apartment in the Financial District through Leonard. From this friend, I've learned that Leonard is "to the point" kind of a broker, is out there to really help you find the right apartment, and is simply a great, professional broker. I am working with Leonard now and can say that my friend was right. I'm sticking with Leonard, and I highly recommend him. Oh, and he is also really fun to talk to, as the guy knows most of the city like his five fingers!
