One might say that Leesa's foray into New York real estate was destined for her. A native New Yorker, she was born and raised in the Bronx, and adores New York’s vibrancy, energy, pace and believes it truly exemplifies the definition of a melting pot. Leesa’s first introduction to real estate was during her teen years when her mother purchased properties in Harlem and Brooklyn. They talked about the value of property ownership and investment, and Leesa was encouraged to consider a career in real estate. Although she decided to blaze her own trail, Leesa realized that real estate is a natural progression and fit for her. She enjoys meeting and talking to people. Her acquired immense skills in effective problem solving, decision making, negotiations and business management were developed while working in the Insurance-Finance sector. However, after more than 15 years in corporate america, Leesa is following her mother’s advice.
Leesa has traveled throughout Latin and Central America, and was able to witness the housing boom in that area of the world. Her attentiveness and results oriented mindset allowed her to see firsthand the development and investing opportunities that lie within the global real estate space. New York City has been noted as the “epicenter of the world,” and it is perfect that she cultivate her real estate career in the greatest city in the world. Her motivation, organization, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity and commitment to customer service are key priorities as an agent. She is committed to building productive relationships with her clients by having an unwavering loyalty to them. Leesa’s life motto is “Vague Goals = Vague Results", her confidence, enthusiasm, and attentiveness helps her achieve her clients’ dreams.
In her spare time, she adores spending time with family and friends, dining out, enjoys many music genres with jazz being her love. She also practices Bikram Yoga, has a passion for travel and has picked up Spanish as a second language. She attended the Don Quijote language school in Guanajuato, Mexico and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and continues to build her language fluency.
Leesa has adopted Panama City, Panama in Central America as her second home, she travels to Panama a few times a year.
