Just days after hurricane Sandy, I was stuck in a tight spot, I needed to find a new place fast. I was looking for a spacious apartment in manhattan with nice finishes/amenities on a tight budget. As many of you probably know by now, that is not an easy task. Not only did he deliver on the apartments, he was also prompt and responsive every step of the way. This was far and away a different experience from others I have dealt with before, especially in light of the circumstances surrounding the storm. In the end, I did not rent through Larry because I really like my current apartment building and a more affordable option opened up here. Larry is an exceptional broker-organized and genuinely helps you weigh your options and find a good match (even if it means that you don't rent through him). I will definitely give him a call next time I am looking.

We had the pleasure of working with Larry Mackler at Anchor and it was an awesome experience! We were referred to him through one of my friends and from the beginning he was extremely helpful and patient. We spent a couple of days seeing about 10 apartments and Larry was always very positive and upbeat the whole time. He was very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. In the end, we found a beautiful spacious one bedroom in a small doorman building on the Upper West Side. We are in love with our apartment. We barely shut the blinds because the views are so extraordinary at all hours. I am so grateful that Larry knew to show us this place and that he helped us win it even when it seemed sure it was going to another couple!! We are extremely happy with his services and are going to recommend him to all our friends and family!
