My husband and I were on an unsuccessful apartment hunt for at least 2 months before we met Laquana. It was only until we started receiving listings and sharing conversations with her, did really great options surface...She was helpful, attentive, and sensitive to our criteria and expectations...and not to mention, relentless in her goal to find us our perfect apartment - and she did. It was a pleasure working with Laquana and would recommend her to any New Yorker on an apt hunt!

LaQuana is a very pleasant person who worked with us patiently understanding our needs and coming up with a list of apartments. She was unbiased and fair in evaluating apartments that we saw together and gave us a clear picture of what to expect. She also walked us around the neighborhood showing various restaurants, bars and other social places. We did not go ahead with any of the apartments we saw due to external factors. However, I'd strongly recommend her.

I moved to NYC from London and LaQuana was simply awesome, she stayed ontop of the leasing company when things went array and got everything to the finish line. I couldn't have done it without her! Thanks!

It's not easy finding the perfect space, but Laquana has helped me do so. She knew my preference and was very patient with me. Her vibrant personality and knowledge of the real-estate market made me very comfortable.
