One word comes to mind about Kyle "patience". We never once felt pressured into taking an apartment that wasn't right for us. He kept showing us more and more apartments. He was also very good at getting apartment viewings outside of their normal showing hours. Time after time it was apparent that Kyle had built great relationships with the different building management personnel. After looking at apartment after apartment, our circumstance changed and put an end to our apartment search. At first I was worried about telling him. However when I did talk to him, he could not have been more professional about it. That is why we can't imagine ever using another broker again and will continue to recommend all of our friends to him. In an industry that often feels sleazy, Kyle is clearly a diamond in the rough.

Thanks to Kyle, I found the perfect apt! He made the whole process easy, letting me know step-by-step what I needed to do and listened to what I was looking for and matched my criteria up perfectly. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was always very professional,honest, personable and EXTREMEMLY patient and positive. I would and will definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a broker!

After months of looking Kyle found the right place that I would later call home. I originally contacted him for a July move in but I ran into some personal issues and Kyle never gave up. He understood my situation and found the right apartment for me today, 3 months later. I will be recommending him to my family and friends. Thank you Kyle!

This is the second review I have posted of Kyle Calderon, as the first was deleted. Let me explain. After Kyle failed to turn up for two viewings we had arranged, I wrote a review to complain. Kyle then called me angrily, claiming he had never heard of me, and promising to contact Naked to get the review removed. The review was removed (I'm still waiting to hear why from Naked). For the record, I would not recommend Kyle - both because he failed to turn up for the appointments (and never called to explain why), and because of the aggressive way he responded to the complaint. Perhaps more important though is why Naked apparently deleted the review. Why did it do this? Was it after pressure from Kyle? Why did Naked not contact me to ask my side of the story? Is Naked weighted in favor of brokers, against apartment-hunters, such that brokers get to choose the reviews that appear against their name? It would certainly appear that way.
