Kristin is great. She was very flexible in showing me the listing which was a studio at a fantastic price to me and my boyfriend. She helped me get my application together quickly. She even called me on Sunday to tell me I got the apartment. I found her very professional and efficient. Overall, she was great to work with and I'd definitely recommend her.

Renting in Manhattan can be an overwhelming experience as I have just come to find out. Sifting through thousands of descriptions and misleading photos etc. I honestly was fed up and do not have the time to look at 1000 apartments. Finally, I came across Kristin Armenia and Sandra Greer Real Estate Inc. I saw an apartment on one of Kristin's listings and inquired about it and she emailed me back right away. We set a time a time and I had an apartment within a couple of days. Everything was speedy and professional right from the start and Kristin was great to work with. I know some people are turned off by a few shady brokers they might have come across in their search and are not keen on paying a broker fee but honestly in the end it was worth it and I have an apartment that I love.
