Having grown up in New York, Kristen Merlino applies her extensive knowledge of the city coupled with her comittment to her clients to provide the utmost advantage in a rental, purchase or sale.
Prior to branching into the Real Estate industry, Kristen worked at leading NYC Public Relations agencies specializing in consumer public relations and branding in the luxury, fashion and lifestyle space. She holds a BA degree in Communication Studies from Marist College and most recently studied Spanish at the Intercultura Language School in Playa Samara, Costa Rica whilst volunteering in the local school systems. Kristen's passion for public service does not stop there, she currently serves on the New York City Board for the Nest not-for-profit organization and actively volunteers with the All Hands not-for-profit organization providing disaster relief around the globe. She is also an avid and frequent traveler having visited: China, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, India, Germany, Qatar, England, The Netherlands, Italy, France, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Alaska.
Not only does Kristen have an exceptional work ethic, but her previous professional experience has given her an uncanny ability to develop strong relationships with many NYC property holders, ultimately resulting in finding the perfect home for her clients.
