Keys is a a great person to work with. She's honest, helpful, and reassuring. Most importantly, she does her job well. My roommate and I were looking for spaciousness and affordability, as well as safety and peace of mind in Harlem. It only took one outing to know that she found us a great apartment.

Keys is very efficient. I inquired on a Sunday night about a listing and she responded within minutes of me pressing SEND on my e-mail. On that following Tuesday, we went to see five apartments all in the same area. We handed in our deposit and paperwork on the following Wednesday/Thursday. By Monday/Tuesday, we signed the lease. Even though we moved fast, there was never a feeling that she was pressuring us at all. We moved at our pace and she respected that.

On our initial phone call, she didn't just try to get us "through the door" like some other brokers do. She asked me smart questions about what I was looking for, about what mattered to me, about budget, etc. She really took the time to understand what our practical needs and wants were. I could tell from my conversation that she would be working hard for me. (And she did until the very end.)

One of the most important things we talked about were the costs outside of rent. It was clear and upfront what we needed to account for. And she was fair when we needed to discuss further.

I was looking for a larger space and did not know where to turn so I got on nakedapartments.com and started looking at some listings in my price range. I contacted Lwane when I saw the apartment of my dreams and she replied back to my message in a matter of hours – a few days later, my roommate and I were off to see 3 different apartments. Just signed my lease this weekend thanks to Keys! She was a dream to work with. She made it feel like we were her only clients and was relentless in finding us our dream apartment. We had a great experience with Lwane, and would gladly recommend her to anyone. My girlfriend and I wanted something pretty specific, and Lwane listened to us and showed us apartments that met our description. We were looking in Harlem, and she was the only broker we talked to who really knew the neighborhood, and showed us a half dozen great choices. She was very patient with us, giving us all the time we needed and showing us a couple of places more than once, and even recommended a couple of great restaurants. Definitely recommended.

She proved to be very knowledgeable about the harlem real estate market and meeting the needs of my family based on the information I gave her of what we were looking for. I can't recommend her enough. She took a fair amount of time listening to what we wanted, and did't try to confuse us by showing us places that didn't match our requirements, or (even worse) trying to convince us that we wanted something else.
