Kevin Poll

Kevin Poll serves as an agent with Spire, having previously spent eight years working for a major insurance company managing its homeowners product.

Kevin operates on the principles of trust and honesty and wants to ensure each of his clients are confident in their decision to buy, sell or rent a home. Kevin provides every detail necessary for his clients to be able to make an informed decision for a rental, purchase or sale. Having worked in a corporate environment for almost 10 years, Kevin understands the need to be diligent and analytical with his approach. He will see to it that each client is offered premium service and is completely satisfied with his or her experience. Kevin knows this is an overwhelming process and he is committed to making clients feel as comfortable as possible. 

When not practicing real estate, Kevin spends his time traveling, cooking, reading, snowboarding, and playing a variety of sports. Kevin is also a lover of the arts and an avid theater goer. 

Kevin studied psychology at Loyola University in Baltimore and went on to receive his MBA from the University of Connecticut. Kevin moved to New York City two years ago after completing graduate school and currently resides in Chelsea. [Co
