I couldn't have been happier with Kevin. He was the first broker to contact me after I searched for apartments on Naked Apartments. He promptly contacted me and asked what I was looking for. He was kind, courteous, and very attentive to what I was requiring in my apartment search. We met the next day to view many different apartments (all were very nice and decently priced). He was punctual and VERY informative about the apartments and the neighborhood around. He pointed out some great restaurants, laundry services, bars, grocery stores, and even gave a little history of the neighborhoods we were in.

After I found the apartment that I wanted, He made the paperwork process (which usually is a nightmare) easy and manageable. Kevin is funny, smart, and knows what He is talking about. He knows his stuff! I would recommend Kevin to ANYONE looking for a place in New York.

Kevin was very responsive to our constantly evolving/changing requirements for our apartment search. Of the many brokers I contacted, Kevin was the only one to speak with me before the "right" time for my apartment search to begin while other brokers told me to come back after the first week of the month. He showed us what we could get for our measly budget and strict requirements. He was very considerate of our budget and showed us how we could set up and organize our apartment to make more with less. Kevin was also very flexible with our tight schedules. I appreciated his honesty and guidance through the craziness of finding an apartment in the city. I would definitely recommend Kevin to other apartments searchers!

Kevin was professional and very knowledgeable about the rental market in NYC. After briefly describing to him, what I was looking for in an email, he immediately contacted me, to let me know he had something that he thought I would love....After navigating the treacherous waters of apartment hunting, since November, I was skeptical. However, upon meeting Kevin and seeing the apartment, my fears were assuaged.
